Development spectrophotometric determination of trifluoperazine hydrochloride in dosage forms by used oxidative coupling reaction

چکیده
The determination of triflouperazine hydrochloride in pure and dose forms has been developed using a simple spectrophotometric approach. method employs an oxidative coupling reaction with sulfanilic acid the presence N-bromosuccinimide to produce red-violet colored product maximum absorbance 537nm. For 12 hours remains stable. molar absorptivity 0.55x104 L.mole −1.cm-1, Beer's law is followed over concentration range 5-100 μg ml-1. Various experimental parameters that influence development stability generated color output were thoroughly researched optimization , pathway proposal was offered. proposed approach successfully used determine tablets.
